01T wasn't a client project; it was our business. Before founding Meridian Partners, Alex and Daniel led the business for a decade as CEO and COO respectively. They didn’t just observe the complexities of scaling a complex technology business, they lived them.

The Handover

When the time came for a Private Equity-backed acquisition by FourNet Group, the focus was on more than just the valuation. We spent years building a management team robust enough to operate independently. We managed the strain of the negotiation and the complex PE-integration process so the transition was seamless for both the staff and the new owners.

The Result

The exit delivered significant shareholder value, but more importantly, it left behind a stable, thriving business that required no "fixing" post-acquisition. A clean break for the founders; a strong start for FourNet.

Metis Jean is among Europe’s most well-funded AI startups, but rapid backing brings immediate operational weight. Daniel joined as Fractional COO to absorb that pressure, allowing the founders to remain technologists first.

The Work

He handles the friction of day-to-day operations and the complexities of investor management, shielding the team from the noise of the raise.

The Result

With Daniel taking the strain of the day-to-day management, the founders secured pre-seed investment and kept their focus where it belongs - on the code.

Maiden Corporation

Property, hospitality and investment restructuring

The Mandate

Maiden Corporation

We stepped into a group spanning hospitality, property and legacy corporate structures, where ownership, debt and trading entities no longer reflected the commercial reality of the assets beneath them.

The Work

The brief extended well beyond hotel operations. It involved restructuring the group, separating property from trading risk, planning the use of SPVs, preparing assets for refinance or sale, tightening financial controls, and upgrading the systems and reporting needed to support better decisions.

The Result

The result is a platform that is cleaner, more financeable and easier to transact with: stronger operational visibility day to day, but also a clearer route for lenders, investors and counterparties to understand where value sits and how it can move.
